Vampire Abilities. . . Empty Vampire Abilities. . .

Intro

In combat, instead of firearms, vampires rely on their vampire abilities. Vampires cannot upgrade their weapon skill level, but they can learn and upgrade vampire abilities. Firearms aren't friends with vampires. By default, their weapon skill level is set to "Poor Level", lowest level, and it cannot be changed. Maximal possible rank that can be learned is 5 for each ability. Each ability has it's cooldown time which is defined on the learned rank of the ability (Higher rank, lower cooldown time).

Vampire Abilities
Vampire Jump (/vampirejump or Sprint Key + Jump Key)

When used, the vampire jumps higher than usual. The height of the jump is defined by the learned Vampire Jump Ability rank of the subject. Cooldown is [8 - Vampire Jump Ability Rank] seconds.

Vampire Sniff (/vampiresniff)

The vampire that used Vampire Sniff Ability is able to see nearby players on his/her radar. Nearby players are marked on his radar for three seconds. Humans are marked as yellow, vampires as red. The perceiving radius is [Vampire Sniff Ability Rank * 20] around the subject. Cooldown for this ability is [35 - (Vampire Sniff Ability Rank *5)] seconds.

Vampire Bite (/vampirebite)

The vampire bites the victim, draining [5 * Vampire Bite Ability Rank (Of the attacker)] health points. The victim suffers from poisoning for [Vampire Ability Rank (Of the attacker)] minutes, making him lose 5 health points every minute. Cooldown for this ability is [7 - Vampire Bite Ability Rank] minutes. Bitting vampires makes you lose health points instead of gaining them.

Vampire Speed (/vampirespeed)

The vampire's running speed is increased for [5 * Vampire Speed Ability Rank of the subject] seconds. Cooldown for this ability is [(6 - Vampire Speed Ability Rank) * 25] seconds.

Vampire Strength

Defines the damage done by using Kungfu (Damage modifier: + [Vampire Combat Ability * 4]) combat technique (Set by default), Katana (Damage modifier: + [Vampire Combat Ability * 6]) and Knife (Damage modifier: + [Vampire Combat Ability * 3]).

Vampiric Weapons

Vampiric weapons are Knifes and Katanas. Only certain vampires have access to these kind of weapons. These weapons are considered as relics among the vampire community.

Revision:

  • Vampire Sniff radius has been decreased from 25 per rank to 20 per rank.
  • Vampire Jump amplitude has been decreased by half.
  • Vampire Speed cooldown and effect duration have been decreased significantly.

Bitting vampires makes you lose health points instead of gaining them.

The /vampirebite system has been slightly changed.
