Due to a recent Fetish that I made IC with Kevin's approval, I have made a fetish that repels vampires from the location of the inn.
So by all means do not PG and just go straight in, since you cant... that involves Ghouls as well since they carry vampire blood.

No, you just rather avoid entering, feeling quite nervous and stuff...

Dead as in the technical, normal body functions going on. Such as blood flowing around, all organs working. It depends on how the fetish was designed. For example it checks whether the lungs are working, if not the spirit does its job. Depends on how it tracks. But more advanced fetishes, can just track a vampire, but those are harder to get, this one is more simple.
