Is Raul still leading SD? If no can someone tell me why?

No, Shin/Leon said when he leaded he goofed off too much and so Leon took charge and Raul quit the server and now Shin is leading

What the fuck? Raul was always serious, and did his job better then anyone I know. I have never saw him "goof off". No wonder he quit the damn server if his job was taken away from him.

I saw the 2nd members of the SD last week . It have been a long time I haven't meet him . When the first time I joined VHRP , I want to work with the SD and the admins said wait for Raul or Keyon Jones . Now , I met with Keyon and he is still LV.5 .
