I was driving around and suddenly we saw this thing blocking our way . I dont know why LV is block or is it because we like to race there . The race we always do is NOT OOC , we always race ICly . This thing is not suppose to be here . I want to ask your opinion if you like it to be removed or not .

I was not car surfing on this.... I was sitting on the back/trunk( Trunk was open)
I think it should be removed so racers can race, We dont race on towns like PC because its dangerouse. we needed some space..
