Hmmm... I use TXD Workshop to edit some things, but i dont know how to edit face's :/

This might sound a bit weird but I use Photoshop Elements to edit the textures of skins. If you would like to change the model that is a little bit harder.

DFF Editor and TXD Editor (Advanced): I Suggest this link for Pro's only. As it deals with stuff that is advanced.

I TXD edit sometimes and I use Photoshop Elements CS3.
