Weapon Skill Command
It will improve RP, it will make people miss a shot if they /coin it.
Basicly it works like this: /deagleskillme [Action] , its just like /vampirespeedme , and if you have Deagle level 1, you need to /coin every shot no matter what, and if you have level 2 you need to /coin every 2 shots and level 3 is no /coin needed, the command can apply for every firearm.

Not exactly sure I understand the suggestion. So your saying having a cmd for Rp shooting, and every X shot will roll a /coin? Not sure I support that. I am a fond believer that the person that does the /coin should be the defending person. Ie, they should /coin not you.

No, role playing a gunshot(As Shin does) you /me fires a shot at (whoever's) (whatever) and then shoot, if it hits, its a success, if not you do not RP it))
