*The Dossier is black with red letters on it's cover, you can read the following text on the cover:*
Vice City Police Department, Vice Crime Divition.

*You open it and see this:*

Name of the Recruit:Marcus Bishop Bourne.
Name of the person in charge of the Divition:Captain Robert Ibarra.
Date:April 8Th, 2011.
Subject:Application for Divition.

Mr. Bourne, you declined our offer to accept you into the Divition, i will give you 1 week to think about this opportunity to have a promotion to Detective in Vice City, if you have issues related to family or residential problems, you should contact Me -Captain Ibarra- inmediatly and i'll see what i can do, i'm giving you 1 Week because other people applied for this rank and Divition and i can hold it for only 1 Week.
If you make your choice, contact Me -Robert Ibarra- to let me know, if you have any further problems just contact me, i hope you make a wise choice.
