((I am not suppose to make this suggestion until I reached LV25 , the reason I make this suggestion because vampire have 5 abilities . When a player reaches LV25 and have full abilities , I think they would be becoming powerful or maybe bored with the abilities .))

It doesn't make sense. This is basically talking to someones mind, which is IMPOSSIBLE unless the person is some psychic person, which vampires are not. They don't do things like telekinesis ect. (I'm speaking relative to the server >.< In real life even thats impossible)

I'm saying that even in taking the server's RP to consideration, it doesn't make sense.
Do not mix up magical vampires with people who actually practice magic.
