Licenses and CK's Empty Licenses and CK's

My suggestion: If you CK and you get a name change, your Firearms License needs to be taken away from you and you need to apply for a new one.

Because it's like "Oh look i change my name and have firearms license level 3, time to buy a Sniper Rifle and RP as a Hitman."

I do try and revoke peoples Licenses when they CK...But, y'know, i cant really force them to short of running up to them and going /b LOL U NO HAZ LICENSE ANYMORE.

I support this suggestion, it's annoying if some guy gets CK and then he goes out bam bam with new name.
