I believe none should lead it, therefore I'm not going to vote. EMS is a professional faction and requires a lot of to-know things, you guys just minorly RP.

I suggest you guys just don't bother. From what I've seen, you all really have absolutely no idea about what it takes to run an EMS. It's just going to end up being detrimental to the server and just lower the roleplay standard around here.
