Should Daegan Gryffin (The Highest Levelled Player ingame) Be aloud the title of Vampire Elder?

Alright, Im saving Arnold a bit of time here.
Everyone knows Daegan Gryffin, Right? He used to be Salvatore Riganti. Hes one of the Best friends I have on the Server, Possibly one of the Best Roleplayers ingame. And to top that up hes Been Vampire for, What was it?, Over 600 Hours.
We are currently LOW on Vampire Elders, we need a Good Roleplayer to Roleplay as One. I Personally Vote for Daegan due to his Devotion too the Vampire Status. We all know he makes a Great Vampire. So Please, Answer the Poll about wether he Should be Granted Eldership or Not, If you believe someone else Deserves it, then Post below who it is.
But with no Further Ado, Let the Voting Begin.

Tbh I don't even think this has to be voted. He does his job, is active, and is one of the oldest vamps IG. He should've gotten elder already as he's one of the only ones IG. BUT also consider that more vamps are also needed, or else being a vamp elder, would be kind of, not that important. Some vamps are inactive.

I have posibly rp-ed 1 or 2 times and think that he is quite the good rp-er and i think he should be a elder.

Ive RPed with him since I came here, He is a perfect candidate for Vampire Elder, He's in Inquisition member already, why not give him title Vampire Elder
