Small suggestion for the forums :)

Recently, I have noticed that vhrp forums don't have an arts section and everything (Sigs, showrooms, Etc.) just gets thrown into the off topic section where it is all just a huge mess.

I'd like to suggest that and arts section be made, It'll help to clear up the off topic section and would make it look more organised. (:

People can use imageshack quite easily....

There, I've made one inside the Off Topic section and made Samara the Moderator.
