*An explosion happens in Palomino Creek*

(This happened the day before the post.)
*You see see a black and white Utility truck driving out of control in the streets of Palomino Creek with a rather panicking female driver in a SD uniform.*

*The Utility drives off the road and slows down, and then falls over the cliff between the Ashylum and the Palomino Bay. The Utility falls up-side down as a fireball comes off from it. A passer by comes and takes the body from the scene and a police rancher comes to take the burnt body to Hospital.

FireFighters come to put out the fire, and leave, then a yellow truck and a land-crane, both labeled "Atilliary Facilties" are sent to block off PC bay and work to clear up the mess and tow the smashed Utility away.
