Hi, I am new on this server and I have never played GTA before, so I need..pretty much help. I would be grateful to get help with: How to connect, is there a realmlist or something?, is there a launcher or something?
That is pretty much it. Thanks if you would help me out with this

Are you Gabbe ? (Karecastrasz from Gang Bang ?) Well,Im Skaarj,and what kind of help do you need?
To connect you need SAMP 0.3c (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php you can download it from there). Next,you need to install it,just install it in your GTA SA directory,when youre done ,open it.
Then you go to SERVER > Add Server > and put in this IP 217.18.70.157:7777. Change your name to a RP name,and double click the server *or the green button * and complete the RP quiz. Done,you can start RPing now.

Yeah, it's Karecstrasz aka Gabbe. The thing is just, when I have downloaded this Samp thing, I cant install it...I can't click the install button by some reason...That's what I need help with too..and I have read that RP-guide...I have read 3 already xD
