If you hadn't noticed, VHRP is a growing community, It'd be better to have plenty of Admins that know what they are doing, than to have the community get too big and have to throw in a heap of new admins.

I'm sorry to Shin, Who has been inactive lately without reason. We can't have you holding Administrator power with no acknowledgement that it is currently being used, Its a security issue and I hope you understand this. I know you have been away with issues lately and we got a report about it, However you came back and went IG once.
In short, Shin Takeshi is no longer an admin.
