My Suggestion.

Ok here are my suggestions.
Drug System.
Commands
/Drug [Give,use,drop,inventory, show inventory]
/drug Give will make it to where you go to /drug inventory and check the id of the drug you want to give and then you do /drug give [ID/PLAYERNAME] [Drug ID] and on your screen it will show this
*You have given (Player name) some (Drug name)
and on their screen
*You have recieved (Drug name)
/Drug use will mke you go to /drug inventory and search for a drug you want to use and you will it will make your screen slightly dizzy for about 3 minits and each time you take a drug it gets more dizzy and takes longer to sober, (+3 mins each drug)
/drug drop you use this to go in your inventory and look for the drug id and then you can do /drug drop [Drug ID]
/Drug Inventory
this will make it so you can see what you have in your inventory and a screen will pop up with this
EXAMPLE
Drug Drug ID
Weed 1.
Cocaine 2.
Ectasy 3.
Heroin 4.
<Empy> 5.
<empty> 6.
It goes on etc... until reaches 10
((Only add these in the color red if accepted for now or you can look up more but i will add others in the list for example too))

Pops up a menu they can see what drugs you have they see the same thing you see when you do /drug inventory.

Yeah I agree, I think that the server needs more things for ppl who RP outside of the law.

Could you imagine RPing a wolf high on LSD, Cocaine, Heroin, Mescaline or any other drug that can put you on a high...? xD Would be fun. 
and yes, this is a good idea and would bring more RP and give the SD and EMS more to do.

Meh, I was making a huge comment, with my suggestions, deleted it.
I support this, would be good, the "Gangsta's" wouldn't have to RP the drugs, they could actually use it, scriptly.

And also..yes i rped a gang and it is boring... to rp selling fake drugs.. u know no one wants to buy.. and most people asspull them and dont rp making / getting them like i did.. so this will be a cool rp to do.
