VOP - Vehcile Operation Permissions

These are the permissions for the vehicles each rank and sub-department are allowed to use.

Ranks

Cadet - Cruisers
Sheriff Deputy - Cruisers
Senior Sheriff Deputy - Cruisers
Corporal - Cruisers, HPV-1000
Sergeant - Cruisers, HPV-1000, Rancher, Sultan (( with permission ))
Lieutenants - Crusiers, HPV-1000, Rancher, Sultan
Captain - Crusiers, HPV-1000, Rancher, Sultan, Cheetah, Bullet, Helicopter
Sheriff & Undersheriff - All vehicles

Departments

SWAT - Sultan, FBI ranchers, ranchers, SWAT van, Riot tank.
DB - Sultan, Cheetah, Bullet
ASU - Helicopters

When you can use alternatives

HPV-1000 - When there is atleast two cruisers on patrol.
Rancher - When there is atleast two cruisers on patrol. (( Meaning in order for a rancher and HPV to be in use at the same time there need to be four cruisers on patrol ))

Lieutenant members and up can give lower ranked members permission to use vehicles depending on the situation.

Note: If ANYONE is caught outside the rules set before you here you can be suspended, demoted or even discharged.
