Listen up SD, You and everyone else here in VH:RP need to grow up.

Bulletproof windows?
You don't get them installed, They cost too much, They weigh too much, They are blatantly useless without door/panel armour. You are not allowed to have them at all.

Drive-by shooting?
I have never seen a cop... Chase or no chase, Except in the movies... Actually use fire their guns inside a moving vehicle.... Reason being, Its a safety risk! The chances of shooting your partner's are too high at speed. Considering that none of you will RP this precaution... Its not allowed anymore.

Patrolling with high caliber weapons/Automatic rifles?
No, No, NO! No police department does that unless there has been a heightened level of threat, There currently is none.
Patrol around with your sidearm.... Your larger weapons are to be left in your vehicles... Only to be brought out in serious occasions... (This goes for the FBI as well)
