Bloodpacks Empty Bloodpacks

Well, It has come to my ear that many people just asspull bloodpacks.
For the people who RPly get them, Sorry.
Bloodpacks are not allowed anymore, This will increase vampire RP.

Used those sometimes. Removing this will increase RP or stops vampires feeding.
