Okay...
For that last topic about it getting banned.
It was because of the people who used it in public or the people who didn't understand how to use it properly.
Vampires now can use their powers
Werewolf's are a go ahead.
Can we also clear this up?

There obviously has been too many complaints.
A simple /pm asking will suffice... So you don't have to get near the player to ask.
Lots of people want it back.
Frankly, It gives people time to MG... There also isn't any edge to doing crimes....

With script fighting.
- If you don't want to be script killed.... Don't make yourself a target.
- When your health falls below 20.... /injured or similar anim... Otherwise it becomes DM... (This will be enforced on all factions regardless)
- Keep it to level 2 + people....

This rule has been removed.
EDIT:
Everything is back to normal. You can script fight and kill scriptly whoever you want to as long as you have a VALID in character reason to kill. If you don't want to get killed scriptly you can try to /flip, /fall or /injured at low health and roleplay the injury.
