Well I can say this, I was there when he was banned and it was rightful. This guy comes in TS blaring some forgive me, but inredibly gay music. Knowing it's annoying us he goes "Like it?" "Like it mother fuckers?". Not sure if perma ban was necesary, but he definetly deserved to be punished.
