New 1 rule for IG

Water Evading - Water Evading is running away from others and jumping at the water so he can't be attacked by others , its very unfair because others just jump at the water and he will be safe..
So i think server must have a rule againts Water Evading.

In real life you can also evade from the water.

But in real life you still can be shoot in water but IG its not available and you can shoot the guy at water if you Script Fighting...

/me aims at the swimming guy and pulls the trigger several times.
If he wont response just script him.

In real life you can swim away,
but unless your an olympic swimmer you can swim for that long
or in strong currents.

I think they can evade but not sprint in it or go around in circles.

I've seen many people evade in the water in police videos.
It's allowed, annoying but realistic.

Indeed they can be affective for the ones that can actually roleplay. But for the new ones.. neh.

I have one example, I was hunting someone from Inq list and she water chicken runned and swimmed like for 15 minutes like she was some olympic swimmer. But still I dont support this 'water evading' rule.
