James Holiday and Michael Peckador Started off as Special Agents in the CIA. They were both respected agents and served in the cia for 4 years. Both being recruited from when they were 18.
They were then both assigned to the Presidents personal Bodyguard Detail. This lasted for Four months before the release of Vampires and wolfs into the human population, They were asked to found and start a secret government organisation to try and control the situation and secure Red County.
This was codenamed Section 9.

Thier first official operation was to contain the situation at Redcounty and stop the ammounts of killings that originated there. What was not know at the time was the fact that James Holiday and Michael Peckador were actually vampires with Giovanni blood type, They used this to thier advantage, using thier skills to eliminate enemies and save thier own and lives of the other agents working in the field with them.

They secured a headquaters in Montgomery with the front of a cleaning company, "Nokianan Cleaning Service" This prooved useful as they were able to gain access to peoples houses whom they had been Ordered to exterminate.
They are a secret organisation that awnser directly to the President, giving thier agents immunity from the American National laws. They also have records of every operation carried out by Section 9. These are stored in Black boxes (5TB Harddrives with unbreakable encryption and a blood type lock so only people with level 6 Clearance can use them) And are Protected by Cleaners. The Black boxes are kept to give Section 9 and all its employees a saftey net, so incase Section 9 falls apart they can use them as an insurance policy.
The Black boxes also have a saftey mechanism that will create a large enough explosion that could take out a car, this will only be activated if someone with lower level clearance tries to access the black box. ((again that info about the explosion is ooc, any info about this used ingame is powergame and metagame))

Section 9 will normally recruit people whom seem promising. They will never EVER Reveal the locations or names of people whom work inside Section 9 as all the agents go through a rigerous mind washing sequence, giving them the deepest fear about what will happen if they were to release anything.
Section 9 Also Monitors all radio wave chatter and cell phone chatter. They use this to catch any leaks and plug them before they get into full blown conspiries.

One thing that seperates Section 9 from the regular CIA and FBI, is the fact that they have immunity from everything. This gives them the ability to do whatever they want to whoever they want.
((This basically means if you get shot by someone its not ic corruption, they are just following procedures, Therefore any reports on Section 9 members cannot be considered as DM and any move towards a Known section 9 member is not wise.))

((You have to find this out icly))A way to get a hit done by Section 9, is to call up the firm on numbers <changeme>. If you do this you have to ask for a blue bleach special with a discount of Red. This will will result in a visit from a masked agent, who you will have to give a name, picture and way of death from. You can expect the hit to be carried out in 24 hours and a phonecall with the words "Your Cleaning needs have been attended too. Thank you for choosing Nokianan Cleaning Service."

- Founder of Section 9, has level 7 Clearance.

Agent in Charge
- Level 7 Clearance: Takes care of everything, Helped to found section 9 with the director
- Level 6/5 Clearance: In charge of Operations. Takes care of new agents and is in charge of assainations.

Specialist
- Level 4 Clearance: Specialises in a certain criteria. This could be Weapons, Explosives, Assasination or mechanics. Trains the new Trainee's in thier area.

Cleaner
- Level 3 Clearance: Takes care of cleaning up failed operations. Will sometimes make murders look like accidents or suicides.

Agent
- Level 2 Clearance: They take part in operations that are assigned to them. This could be intelligence gathering, Assasinations, removing evidence or making people "Dissapear"

Trainee
- Level 1 Clearance: These are people who have recently been recruited into the organisation, and are being tested to see how they react under stress and to be pushed to the best of his ability.

Cover Job
- These are people who are are the sections cover. They most of the time know nothing about what the section really does, but sometimes they will be recruited into organisation. this will happen RARELY.
