Assist to the SD.

I made a new Topic to help the SD to solve crimes that they don't witness, you might think "MG" but it's not, it's a really good idea and it can also be modified to use as the "Report a Crime" Template, give it a look or post here a review about it, since that topic is made to post the info, just like the SD private Database, that's no topic for discussion or fights, it's ONLY to post evidence.

They can hire P.I's or cooperate with them.

You were a P.I before you joined the SD right?
But anyways, the point is , that this will help SD since there's no P.I's around.
