Roadblock System for EMS & SD

My Idea:

to add a roadblock system for SD & EMS

cops and paramedics are allowed to create roadblocks

Information:

/srb [Small roadblock] [ID: 1282]
/mrb [Medium roadblock] [ID: 1228]
/lrb [Large Roadblock] [ID: 3578]
/cone [Cone] [ID: 1238]
/rrb [remove the nearest roadblock]

I support this a lot, it will make traffic redirection or for example in Motor vehicle accidents when you need to block off a lane or something like that, or a traffic control check.

Object 1282 is bugged.You have to use 1427.Its the same thing but this one works
