Players type in /looksetup and type out a /me to be used. People type /look [ID] when you're near and that whole me is displayed for them showing them your appearance.

This is usually scripted as /appearance and /describe in other RP servers. I think it would be useful for people who don't use keybinds.

It'd stop the spam of /me's that I have. ;D

As Nazz said, its usually, /set appearance, /appearance ID or /describe would probably work better.
