Well if your charlie sheen its normal XD and i live in england and theres plenty of underage drinking i see 10 year old smocking and getting drunk i think its the rif raf that are like this children who come from broken homes or think they are acting "cool".

Well, to be blamed are the environments and in some cases the parents themselves, it's obivious that there are some who actually allow their childs to drink or smoke. . .Wich in my opinion is complete BS.

As for the environment, the "Monkey see monkey do" thing applies.If an easily influenced kid sees another one smoking/drinking, he does the same.Or for an example, the so called friendships in wich a rather big group of pals start drinking/smoking, the others in smaller numbers feel the urge to do the same in order to get accepted.

And from the previous sentences you can easily realise that I'm against the whole children drinking/smoking thing, it's stupid. . .

Weed and alcohol is all about moderation, I know plenty of pot heads and drinkers who go through school and life, just fine..... I also see just as many burnt out and strung out either one or both. Ciggaretes.... I smoke, but it's a personal decision, some people choose to, some don't. Just don't let anyone force you to start. I started smoking because of the buzzes it would give me when I first started, now I just smoke to calm myself down.
