As this is a suggestion mayby we could cap players to a certain point in lvl or how much money they have (basic account) make it so if you want a full (premuim account)account you have to pay 5 dollers i dunno just seems by this suggestion people only want to donate for there own gain not to keep the server up or on the listed browser if everyone payed 5dollers just to make the have a full account rudy would have a good bit of money to pay for the server.

Also if you wanted donator perks you would still have to pay for them.

Not ATM, I may make an account and transfer the funds donated to Rudy via paypal (if I can, but I'll need to test it).

I'll take these suggestions to Rudy but have no high hopes, IMO and probably his as well the donation benefits are pretty good for an RP server.
