Ok heres the situation lately i have been inandated with complaints about officers, obviously some are just people moaning ect but some have some ground to be a complaint now i don't want to fire anyone but i and im sure i speak on calebs behalf only want good rpers i only want people i can trust and know will do a great job. So heres the deal, you will all be under osbervation so i suggest you read the rules and make sure your doing your job right, any one caught not doing there job/dicking around/breaking server rules ect will be demoted to cadet and put through training again if after that we feel you have not improved or are still not compitant enough you will be fired. So this is everyones warning.

Sorry to all the good members which most of you are but as im sure you appreciate that we all want the SD to be as good as it can.

Also, if you're planning to use the SD /f chat for flaming, then you better leave the faction. Same goes in case you want to randomly decide to OOC around without permission from any admins. When you're on duty you'll get punished even more if you break these rules. I won't give out names, but you know who you are.
