Make Day's schedules different

As I saw a vampire at night only topic,I want to suggest how the hours should be changed,Because frankly due to GMT's people almost never get the chance to play at the server's night time,It would be great if this could be edited in some way.

You can't just... Go by one... Then suddenly change to somehing else... People will think(ICly) that the Mayan's counted a year too much >.<
