hey all ! If you lag , dowload and install this ! ( credit in the folder )

Instruction for installing it:
Step 1: Copy the Vorbisfile.dll and Vorbishooked.dll
Step 2: Open your Main GTA SA folder and then paste the two files on the main SA Folder
Step 3: That's it.
