Forum Layout Change

I have been pressured to do this for a while, SO here it is.
This new layout is in theory easier to navigate. Some people may be affiliated already with this forum layout so it will not a big change to them.
This took some time to do and there are still some bits that need patching up (I.E. Some faction leaders need to post a short description about their respective factions).

What do you think of it?

Yeah I don't like the light Green either... It doesn't fit the background! (Idea for next update )

I agree with Odin.. white isn't the style.. make it red and black that will look hot.

+1, this looks too much... OLD, Put like, blue, dark blue or something. I mean the forums bar is green/grey(Im colorblind, daltonist) and the skin is grey :I Put like: Forums green/gray and other blue-darkblue, much better ;P!

Skin needs teh change, but otherwise, the organization is a huge plus for me. Good job~
