The year 1989, December 16 a kid was born by the name of Xavier Kakolav under two loving parents Vikenti Kakolav and Victoria Kakolav. Being raised by his mother untill he was at the age of twelve Xavier one day had asked a curious question he has never asked before in his twelve years of living. He went up to his mother and asked "mom why is dad never around most of the time"? His mother was a bit suprised by his sons curiousity since he had never asked her such a question before. Victoria with her quick thinking said to Xavier, "Well son, your father is always busy you know? He has to support the family and grandmah upstairs is sick. Grandmah can't work and I can't work since I have to look after you and grandmah".

Unsatisfied with the answer Xavier nodded his head and walked away to play in the backyard. A few hours have past and it was around two thirty in the afternoon Xavier hears a car stop infront of the house and the doors close. Xavier looks through the fence and noticed his dad grab someone out of the car who had a bag over his head. He also noticed two other men walk out with two shiny objects in their hand not knowing what it was, he decided to be a lil spy. He followed them downstairs to where his dad had tooked the bagged up man. As Xavier walked downstairs and looked through the keyhole in the door, he noticed his dad took the bag off the mans head and realized that the man his dad had tied to the chair was the Police Officer who had came to his school earlier that day.

Vikenti: Now tell me why you fucking sent cops down to my fucking warehouse and removed all my guns?!?!
Cop:I didn't do anything you have the wrong guy.
Vikenti:You want to fuck with my emotions don't you Officer Volkov?

* Vikenti Grabs a Chainsaw off the table and pulls the wire and revs the motor on the Chainsaw TZZZ TZZZ*

Vikenti: One last time Volkov, one of my guys said "he seen you talk to the detective who sent the feds to my Warehouse".
Cop: Alright! Alright! I did send them down there. You have to understand please let me talk. I did it for my family I needed the money and promotion so I can pay a few things off. Please don't hurt me I have a family..
Vikenti: Oh so you did send the assholes who raided my warehouse?
Vikenti: You know what Officer, since you told me the truth I wont hurt you myself.
Cop: Oh god thank you thank you Kakolav.

*Vikenti Passes the Chainsaw to his right hand man while he revs the engine of the chainsaw, he takes a swing at the officers chest cutting it open in no less then two seconds*

Vikenti: You see officer, your not the only one with the family. My family is my first priority if you fuck with me your fucking with them and I can't have that can we?

*Vikenti looks over the dead body of Volkov and signals one of his men to clean up the mess, as Vikenti walks out the door he notices his son sitting in the corner crying in fetal position rushes to him quickly holding him in his arms*

Vikenti: Oh Xavier, why did you have to look at what happened? How the hell will I explain this to you and your mother.

From that day on Xavier has never looked at life the same way. He started becoming a lil devil himself and started chaos for his father at the age of sixteen. He told his father he always wanted work here and there but his father thought he was not ready. Then one day he over herd his father speak on the phone to another man about someone who needs to be taken care of. Xavier barged into the room and told his dad straight in his face. Father let me do it please I beg of you. His dad looked him in the eye and said to him, "Xavier only when your ready". He begged his father and told him how he needed another man for the job. Being one man short Vikenti decided he had no other choice but to let his Xavier go since he was deciding to let his son take over the day he passes away. Xavier went on the job and completed it suffeciently except for a slight small problem. He came back beaten half to shit and ended up being put on the bed to rest for ten days.

From then on Xavier has proved himself worthy to his father and did everything that was asked from the higher ranks. Xavier was always respected by others only because he was the son of a Godfather. In the year 2010 his father was executed by the Italians during a meeting where they was supposed to talk about territory and location of certian cartel drops. Xavier was furious as to what happened and started a full on war with the Italians. Killing them secretly without any problems since the federation was being paid big time for letting the deaths of Italians go without reasons. As soon as the war was over he went back home and told his mother he can no longer stay in Russia. His mother never questioned him and gave him a kiss on the head and told his son to be good. Xavier packed up and wished his mother and grandmah farewell before taking off to U.S.A.

As soon as Xavier arrived to U.S.A, he looked up into the sky and said in Russian, "Father I will avenge your death and finish what you have started".

Ranks
Pakhan-"Godfather" controller of all four criminal Brigadiers
Two Spies-Watchs over the action of the brigadier's to ensure loyalty and none become too powerful.
Sovietnik-"Councilor", The advisor and most close trusted individuals to the Pakhan.
Obshchak-Collects all money from Brigadier's and bribes the government.
Brigadier-Pays tribute to Pakhan also he runs a crew which is called a Brigade
Boyevik-in charge of finding new guys and paying tribute up to his Brigadier
Kryshas- Violent enforcers who protect business from other Organizations
Torpedo-Straight killer who does all the dirty work for everyone if asked to do so
Byki-Bodygaurds, protect any higher ranks and some outsiders if directed to
Shestyorka-An "associate" to the organization also called the "sixth". Also an errand boy for the organization and is the lowest rank in the Russian Mafia. As they are earning their respect and trust in Bratva they may be performing roles of the regular Boyeviks or Byki depending on the necessities and patronage of their Brigadier or Avtorityet.


OOC Rules
1) Always obey the servers rules.
2) Never mess around OOC'ly Keep everything IC
3) Never disrespect anyone or admins exspecially regardless if your right or wrong.
4) Disobeying any OOC rules with get you a Auto kick and you will be RPK and will no longer be able to re-join accept with a new name.

IC Rules
1) Respect all higher ranks-your choice between life or death. (RPK)
2) Never deal with cops or break any laws infront of the cops.
3) Disrespecting any orders to many times will get you killed. (RPK)
4) Never bring trouble to the family or you will get killed if done to many times. (RPK)
6) Always keep the work that you have done between the family.
7) Fist before guns always unless your are in a really tight situation.
&) Last but not least if you get caught snitching you will die. (RPK)

How to Apply?
You will be chosen by the higher ranks or me thats the only way!
Also if you want to get higher then Associate which is first rank I suggest you make a Russian Character and join or have Russian in you.

The soviet union was falling apart around his business and there were an increasing amount of leaks to the Police as people became desperate to gain wealth. Xavier made hasty decisions and fell into a full scale war with the rivalling Italian mafia that controlled the Public Service in a bid for power. Xavier sustained heavy losses as the Italians were importing advanced western equipment to gain the edge, whilst Xaviers members had old weapons from the war with the nazis. The Italians had crippled Xavier's forces and had pushed him into a pocket in Saint Petersburg. Xavier had no option as he faced almost certain annihilation if he stayed in Russia for any longer. In the end part of the year when the CCCP finally disintegrated he left for a foreign shore to the west.
Xaiver was on his way to the United States, Her freedoms great. Opportunities endless.
