There are two possible solutions for this:

1) Try deleting your gta_sa.set in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\

2) If that doesn't work, un-install your SA-MP and GTA. Make sure you delete your GTA San Andreas folder in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\

Also delete your GTA San Andreas User Files in My Documents.

Then re-install the game.

Delete your gtasa.set file in your documents.

C:\Users\Peter\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gtasa.set

If that doesn't work try the other methods and reply if you still get that error.

That means its a SAMP error.

You would probably need to get the new version off another mirror on samp.com
