My GTA is totally fucked up and i think i wont be IG until someone tell me how to fix OR i will try to get it from a friend or something

Simply un-install your game, then re-install it.

Mod's can always be found again. - It's most likely a mod that has screwed up your game.

Go to my documents -> GTA SA and User File and remove gta_sa.set
This is the game options. After removing it the options should be back to default and the file will be restored.

Thats one of the options for fixing a game that starts single player.

It fixes both, as SAMP is affected by single player. Plus, it helped to solve my problems many times.
