**Letter in Caleb's mail.**

**If you open the mail you will see this letter inside.**
"San Andreas County, Palomino Creek, Red County."
From: Romeo Yuri Kovacs.
To: Sheriff Caleb Simms.
Subject: Criminal Record check.
"Hey Sheriff, this is Romeo Kovacs, i'm going to send a Firearms License application soon and i need to see my criminal record, i really need it, just to see if my application is valid in the future, so if it's not too much to ask i would like a copy of my Criminal Record, you can attach it to this letter and mail it back to my house, Palomino Creek 19.
