Should Elizabeth_Thigh have own the Restaurant?

Well, you've seen me (Elizabeth Thigh) RPing at the restaurant before as a 'worker', and I'd love to own this Open Door Restaurant, RPly or by script. The problem is that I don't have enough money to own it RPly nor by server, since it is not scripted. However, if many people vote for me (Elizabeth Thigh) to own it RPly, and if I could even have some slight modifications to it.
I know I'm new to the server, but do understand that I have RPed there on other RP servers. I know I shouldn't be just barging in the server and asking for free stuff. But it's all at the expense of actually RPing in there. I work to earn, unlike the scripted businesses, where you do nothing and you earn. I would have to work as the clerk, cook and waiter. I'm really guilty of trying to grab something free, and if you disagree with me I totally understand.
Yeah, it's that restaurant that is the only open-door restaurant in San Andreas, besides my second loved Blueberry Liquor Store.
Anyway,if I get enough posts, I'll request some scripting in this topic so that if admins happen to RP with me there, they'l know that I'm speaking the plain truth.

You can own it IC, script only if you pay 15k for it.

Meh. If I do get enough money:
- Commands, if it gets accepted:
/door (Opens/Closes the front door, which will be two normal doors that change to a "Open" position. There is no need for /enter or /exit.)
/shutters (Opens/Closes the windows by making/removing a flat object that covers them from in the restaurant.)
/skylight (Opens/Closes the skylights by making/removing a flat object that covers them from in the roof of the restaurant.)
/servefood (id) (food) Price ((By the waiter to give food to a player. Don't make a limitation on the food name, so that customers can have special foods that they have IRL that others don't know of, and make it a request.
Example:
*Waiter/Waitress Elizabeth_Thigh wants to give you a plate of "(food name)". You must accept first /accept food.*

/servedrink (id) (Drink) Price ((By the waiter to give a drink to a player. Don't make a limitation on the drink's name, so that customers can have special drinks that they have IRL that others don't know of, and make it a request.
Example:
*Waiter/Waitress Elizabeth_Thigh wants to give you a glass of "(Drink name)". You must accept first /accept drink.*
/backdoor (In/Out) (Teleports Elizabeth_Thigh or Vistina_Router in/out of the Restaurant from the back door)
Another command for Elizabeth_Thigh/Vistina_Router would be /cashregister [store/get/lock/unlock/setcode] [cash/code] at a I Icon that would behind the counter. The money from /serve would go into the RP cash register, and not to Elizabeth_Thigh instantly.
The commands may only be done by Elizabeth_Thigh and Vistina Router too, since she works there with Elizabeth.

/Servedrink should be ok with vampires too, as I would /servedrink Blood ect.

You could just get on of thoes doors,that swing open when you push into them.Grangel already offered to map.So I guess I wont
