I can't play at all. Empty I can't play at all.

Ok, so some of you may/may not have read my bug report. I still cannot log on to "Lerin Pendus", I'm not starting from level 1. All I asked for was a name-change (disregard the race-change, wuffies are gone now), and now I log on to "Lerin Pendus", and I get the tutorial screen. I worked too hard for all my stuff on my main account. I seriously don't want to lose it now.
