Anything, You can contact players. Run local servers with them off it (As I do), or just chat (As I do).

Nasty people like me can use it to get onto your PC and nab files.

But it basically simulates a LAN connection over a WAN.

Only if your running XP/Vista. Windows 7... I have tried it with my own computer, didn't work out.
