Mark Allen founded the Red County Security Services, in early 2011. After he had successfully run the White Lions Security Service in Las Venturas for several years. Mark and WLSS have worked with a most of the major casinos and business in LV, providing them with impressive security services, which have earned them a trustworthy name. He has decided to expand his business beyond Las Venturas, taking him down into Red County, where he has started up the Red County Security Services. It is based in a small town called Montgomery.

Two months after having set-up RCSS, Mark was offered a large sum of cash to sell it, and merge it with Red County Services, After the funds went through, R.C.S had taken full control.

Red County Security Services strives to supply their customers with the best services that they can offer, Ranging from CCTV’s (Surveillance, Set-up and Repairs), to Home security, Assistance to the local Sheriffs Department, and the Emergency Services, Local patrolling of the towns whenever the Sheriff Dept aren't available, even to hiring out security guards for Night clubs and Bars, and other places of importance, such as the Palomino Creek bank.

I'd rather see how it goes as an un-official faction first, It's also fair on other factions that would have to wait.
As an un-official faction, There are more problems we have to work around, than if it were to be scripted. (Would give the members more experience.)
