Inactivity and genral conduct

Ok heres the score,

People being inactive has become a bit of a joke i get people have lives im one of those but you need to play a decent amount otherwise whats the point of being in SD. So from now on i will be watching server regularly if i don't see people on and on duty you will be fired i also know i have diffrent timezone to Some of you so i will be asking people if you have been on.

Ok now we go onto your competence now alot of new players/low level players have joined which is fine but i have had reports of incompitence and genrall non rp so if i have reports with evidence or see it you will be fired, this also appllies to long standing member i get proof your doing your job wrong you will be bumped back to training and become a cadet.

Tnr please make sure your selective about who you say yes to, couple apps you have missed stuff, i know we are low on numbers but its quality not quantity so until all our new recruits are performing to a high standard apps are closed.

Jist rember guys rp at all times , try and solve isdues with out weapons where possible on enter scripts if it need, rember to pull people up on small crime just as much about big ones.

I think thats about all if caleb wants to add anything feel free also anyone whos not on SD roster post here i will add you failure to post you name i will remove you from SD no exscuses for not reading this.
