Ok any tnr members you can perform interveiws and give cadets training however only me vic caleb are to accept people forum written app this is due to fact to many idiot and inactive players have slipped through.

Training of cadets must consist of
Showing them weapons and other equitment
Teach them about radio and panic button
Tell them how they are to conduct themselves
Show them which uniform they canuse
Show them the vehicles they can and cant use and when they can and can't

Then take them on duty and show the how you pull people over, pit, arrest, ticket you know the day to day thing they will do.
