Nothing would happen.

They will exist allways, otherwise it's against the nature itself.

Then the ones that eat mosquitos and flies would die too. That grows into more and more trouble. Believe me, everyone has their own place and reason to be on this planet.

Mosquito's are not needed. I think that they have already bio-engineered a sterile version that is beginning to kill them all off.

Yer they are rather amusing that they are making them kill them selves of really, as far as i know alot of speciese could die and the eco system would be fine as other would replace them nature is a funny thing it will always fight for its own survial even if you try and destroy it plants and animal would evolve.

There's must be a reason why insect and bugs are created in this planet. Bee have it's benefits, mosquito and flies.... I don't know why they're created. Oh! How about cockroaches? Why are they exist? It's kinda useless having them in this world, there's must be a natural reason... Any idea?

Everything. Has an advantage. [Or most things >.>]
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1818398

The Earth won't be the same without every single specie there is. Even the smallest single celled ones, that we can't even see has it's place.

Anyway, Insects are important. Why do they reproduce so fast? because they are the ones mostly at the bottom of the food chain. The Earth needs much of them.

Humans like us probably dont eat insects right? But, some of them are the food of the food we eat.
Actually insects are edible [certain species]
e.a: EarthWorm.

Everything is needed.

That's a common misconception, although they do have a high rad resistance comparable to humans, they can't actually absorb that much radiation before they die compared to other insects, for example the common fruit fly is more rad resistant.

Also, every insect plays a role: People say mosquitos aren't needed, this isn't true. Mosquitos drink blood, this blood is a large dose of protein, birds eat the mosquito and in turn consume a large dosage of protein, giving them vital nutrition.

Everything is eaten by something else, one thing goes, then the ecosystem is destroyed in some way or it adapts.

So yeah, What about natural extinction? Or human induced extinction?
These two kill off lots of species and the eco-system has not collapsed. There is a threshold but it is not what Raiden asked.
