I cannot use debit card ( or w/e we call debit card here) to pay over internet in any way. Only time i've had e-money was when my aunt used her credit card to buy me and my bro Minecraft when i got into a good school

Just a question, does Alert Pay needs credit/debit card to verify it? What I know about AP is they will charge 5MYR per succesful payment. PP only charge 2MYR but need to be verified by Credit/Debit Cards. Can I donate using AP if I have no other choices?
