Date And Time Of The Offense: 5 minutes ago.
What He/She Has Done: One of my bosses told me to kill David_Reese, and I'll gain cash for it. I bought a sniper rifle from Damir_Jonhson, and went to my sniper position. I aimed at his face and shot (Rply), I Pm'ed him about that I shot. And he refused to rolaplay even I have a valid RP reason.

You need a valid reason to RPK. You should've asked Damir or whoever ordered you. Now, where did Damir get the sniper rifle from? As far as I know, he doesn't have a weapons license.
