Just a small update DeRon,victor and micheal are the under sheriffs they will try help manage so there should genrally be a high ranking player on

You guys can feel to recruit il keep an eye on the apps, we just need to get a few new members im willing to allow lower ranks as long as they are good rpers and intelligant.

As a Captain, I couldn't do anything because I had no rights. Only Sheriff and Undersheriff can edit the forums, accept/deny apps or gun apps.
Besides, the SD is falling apart heavily. Nobody even wants to apply anymore... Even the high ranking members ain't interested in it anymore.

Kevin can you please make Deron and Nero Mods on forum if vic want he can to as these three are going to help keep someone active within the faction in diffrent timezones to the recruiting bit people are applying but getting denied becuase there low level and possible not good rpers everyone was complaing that we where just recruiting idiots so now i only recruit good players unfortuantly this has shown in the numbers Sd currently has but i am trying to work on it there will be an IG recruitment event soon possibly tomorrow or tonight.

People improve their RP skills in factions. A cadet doesn't need incredible RP skills but he has a chance to learn.

Saying SD is falling appart is not going to solve anything. As high ranks you need to try and fix it, create more cases, more interesting things for members to do and things that will make other people joining. You won't get good rpers if the faction's all about patrolling. If you can't do that then leave leadership to other people.

I'll set up the moderators. You can do a lot even as a member, that's how you get promotions. Also make the promotions harder to get after Deputy so people can be encouraged to do something more than just patrolling around and not doing anything else. Try to make it that no one gets promotion above Senior Sheriff Deputy hard to get without posting reports, cases, and without getting involved.
