Date And Time Of The Offense:4 Min after i posted this report , Something nearly that.
What He/She Has Done: He jumped on my car roof and hit it with a golf club while it was driving, hit it so my car would break, then when it still ran, he jumped away.
And to jump on a car while it is running would make you fall off from the start.

I saw what happend. Your engine was not started, he did /me's and jumped off while it was not running, he hitted it and continued hitting it and when you drove off he jumped off.
