Cesar was born on South Mexico his father name was Enrique Rivarez and his mother name is Shella Rivarez , He got two brothers and one of his Brother known as El Varez , El Varez lived at Palomino Creek and El Varez is a pure mexican Gangzta he build a Gang on East of palomino Creek
Cesar studied Criminalogy on South Mexico and he passed it after he passed it his Father gave him a Cash and passport and told him to visit his Brother Pablo on Palomino Creek , Cesar * nods * then he went to the Airport to get a Flight Ticket then when he arrived at the airport his brother Varez picked him up and took him to Palomino Creek and Varez offer him a Job the first option is Drug Dealer and the second is Arms , Cesar refused it and told Varez he want to be a Cop then Varez * nods * and he told Cesar that the SD are now recruiting , When Cesar waiting for his brother infront of Palomino Creek bank he saw his Old friend Alymer then Alymer tour Cesar around Red County they didin't go to the BoneCounty and Cesar told Alymer to drop him at the Dilimore Sheriff Department to get a Application Form then Alymer dropped him there then Cesar grab a Application form and Went home then Cesar starts to Fills the Filling on the Blank question That's all
