Date And Time Of The Offense: 11/3/2011
What He/She Has Done: MGing, refusal to RP, PM Spamming
Evidence:
Other Notes: Now pure logic would say after a man has ran off insulting you, he'll come back with a grudge. Not 60 seconds after he left, did somebody throw a rock at me? Now my character suspected him and I PMed him telling him he had a BOLO. Then when he sees me he runs off all the way to LV? PM spamming me telling me to go cry Q.Q and telling me I'm a noob? Yet he's level 1?

Doesn't make it right, you're still getting punished. Besides, these PMs were sent before Marcus got aggressive with his PMs. Both will be punished accordingly.

When he said "Fuckin' Pussy" on the second SS, it was when I got away.
