Date And Time Of The Offense: 12:30AM PST, October 6th 2011.
What He/She Has Done: Park abuse, using /v park to fix his car.
Evidence:

The thing circled in yellow is his bumper, the reason I'm in his driveway is because I tried to drive past him as I was searching for someone and he was going super slow and he turned into me, pushing my car into the drive way.

He admitted to /parking it after you pulled up.
